Overview

Freer Games is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of its online users. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform users of the ways Freer Games collects, stores, uses, and manages the information provided during the use of any Freer Games game or application (the "Service"), including Freer Tennis.

Information We Collect

Freer Games collects information primarily to provide and enhance the Service and to help users navigate and enjoy it more easily.

When users install any Freer Games game or application, Freer Games may collect and record information that users provide voluntarily, as well as information that is collected automatically, as described below.

Personal information users may provide

• Profile information: users' user names.
• Third-party account information: when users sign in or link their game account with Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, Freer Games receives and stores the account identifier provided by that platform.
• Social features: information generated through in-game social features, such as friend lists, club memberships, and gift records. Friendships are created within the game using in-game identities; Freer Games does not access users' device contacts or external social networks.
• Messages and support: information shared through message boards or emails sent to customer support.
• Virtual product activity: records of users' in-game purchases of virtual products. Payment itself is processed by the applicable app store or payment platform; Freer Games does not collect or store payment details such as card numbers. Purchase records may be shared only with the applicable app store for receipt validation and with Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) for purchase statistics.

Non-personal information

• Device information: device model, operating system, platform, and client version.
• Push notification tokens: device tokens used to deliver push notifications, which users can disable at any time in their device settings.
• Gameplay information: trophies, match results, and tournament or league performance.

Automatically collected information

Whenever users access the Service, Freer Games may automatically collect information including internet protocol addresses, device identifiers, device model and operating system, platform type, client version, session activity such as session duration and frequency, retention-related events, and the date and time of that activity.

Freer Games uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to collect and process this information. Firebase Analytics may use device identifiers and similar technologies to collect usage statistics, which help Freer Games understand how the Service is used and improve it. This information is processed in aggregate and is not used to personally identify individual users.

The Service displays advertisements served by AdMob, provided by Google. To serve ads, AdMob may collect and use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and information about ad interactions (such as ads shown or clicked). This data is processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy. Depending on users' settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

Publicly shared content

In addition to the information described above, users may choose to share additional information about themselves throughout the Service, such as in games or on message boards. Such actions are considered public and are taken at the user's sole discretion. Information users provide in those areas may be stored as entered.

How We Use Information

Collected information may be used to:

Cookies

Cookies help Freer Games quickly identify a user's computer and remember information about a user's visit.

A cookie is a small data file that Freer Games transfers to a user's computer or device, generally to identify the device and remember details such as preferences or login information. Information in a cookie may be linked to personal information to improve the Service, tailor recommendations, and make the Service easier to use.

The game application itself does not use cookies; it uses device identifiers as described in the Information We Collect section. Cookies may be used when users visit the websites related to the Service.

Third-Party Links

Links and advertisements shown in the Service do not by themselves indicate endorsement, authorization, or affiliation.

The Service may contain links to other websites. The fact that the Service links to a website or presents a banner ad or other type of advertisement does not mean that Freer Games endorses or authorizes that third party, nor does it represent an affiliation with that third party.

Freer Games is not responsible for the privacy policies of other websites that users may access from the Service. Users should read the privacy policies of those websites when they leave the Service.

Your Choices

Users may review or change certain information through the applicable profile page.

Users may review, update, correct, or delete personal information by changing the applicable information in the user's profile page. If users completely delete all of this information, their account may become deactivated.

If users would like Freer Games to delete records in its system, they may contact Freer Games, and Freer Games will attempt to accommodate the request if it is not legally obligated to retain the record.

Users who do not wish to receive personalized advertisements can opt out through their device settings (for example, the privacy or advertising settings of their mobile operating system) or through Google's Ads Settings. After opting out, users may still see non-personalized ads in the Service.

Account Deletion

Freer Tennis players can request deletion of their account and associated data through the dedicated request page.

Use the Account Deletion Request page to submit your request. You can provide your player ID if you know it, but the form also allows you to continue with your in-game name and other helpful details.

European Users (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions where similar data protection laws apply, the following additional information applies.

Legal bases for processing

Freer Games processes personal information on the following legal bases:

• Contract: to provide the Service and fulfil the terms agreed with users, such as maintaining accounts, game progress, and purchases.
• Consent: for processing that requires consent, such as certain analytics or personalized advertising. Users can withdraw consent at any time through their device settings or by contacting Freer Games.
• Legitimate interests: to improve and secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and analyze usage, provided these interests are not overridden by users' rights.

Freer Games uses reasonable technical and organizational measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Freer Games has put in place reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

However, Freer Games cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome those measures or use users' personal information for improper purposes. Email and messaging systems are not considered secure, so Freer Games discourages users from sending personal information through those media.

Children's Privacy

Children may use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

The Service may be used by children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in the applicable country) only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians should supervise their children's use of the Service and are responsible for deciding whether the Service is appropriate for their children.
